I am here to help you figure out what is right for you, maybe(hopefully!) that is here, maybe it is not. Your journey is only yours. I intend to share what has worked for me and/or others so that you can see if it is for you. I am an adult child of

an alcoholic and also Codependent. I have been a member of Al-Anon Adult Children(ACA) and Coda for 5+ years now. I have also been through a challenging divorce and lost both my parents and step-father before turning 40. I am in a much better place now, have learned a lot through my journey, and hope to help others by sharing these things. Since December 2013 I have been going through a spiritual awakening. In December 2014, I learned that I am a shaman. Both prior to that and since then I have been learning about how I can help people in this new role. You all have been guided to my page for a reason. Some I will help through the postings while others I will help through healing, and yet others I will offer spiritual guidance to. I look forward to helping you in any way that I can!
