Freedom is one of the most treasured gifts God gives humanity.

Today, on Juneteenth, we remember the day when the last enslaved African Americans in Texas learned they were free, a moment that forever changed countless lives and families.

As we reflect on this important day in our nation's history, we thank God for those who endured, those who persevered, and those who helped move our nation closer to its founding promise that every person possesses inherent worth and dignity.

May Juneteenth inspire us to value freedom, pursue justice, and extend grace to one another.

Today, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. 🇺🇸

At Life Changers Church, we are grateful for the sacrifice, courage, and selflessness of those who fought for the freedoms we enjoy every day. We also lift up and pray for the families carrying the weight of that sacrifice.

As we spend time with loved ones this Memorial Day, may we never forget those who laid down their lives for others. ❤️💙
