Qualifications and Requirements:
LEAD TEACHER
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a Child Development Accreditation.
- Experience leading a classroom and creating developmentally appropriate lessons and activities.
- $17 - $20 per hour, based on experience
- Assess students and conduct Parent/Teacher Conferences
ASSISTANT TEACHER
- High School diploma
- Experience working with children.
- $15 - $17 per hour, based on experience
ALL POSITIONS
- Able to relate positively to children, parents and staff in a Christian environment.
- Knowledge of developmental stages, typical behaviors and expectations of 2-1/2 - 5 year-old children.
- Ability to meet emotional, social, physical and cognitive needs of each child.
- Be a Team Player
- Submit to various background checks
- Complete and pass a physical examination
- Attend monthly staff meetings
- Complete 16 hours of professional development hours
- Welcome back meeting August 26, 2026
- First Day of school September 8, 2026
- School Hours 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
