In week 6 of the Encouragement series, Pastor Joe explores the sobering complexity of the afterlife.

The unknown that lies within the afterlife carries some of life's greatest questions and also some of lifes greatest anxieties.

In scripture it says, in death "ALL will hear His voice and rise" to either eternal life or to eternal judgement.

Who and what stands in the balance?

Week 5 of our "Encouragement" series brings us back to the letters of the Apostle Paul and his message to the church in Thessalonica.

Paul challenges believers to faithfully engage with the culture around them without being shaped by it—to live among their community while remaining set apart and loyal to Christ and His church.

How do we intentionally engage, while living counterculturally, with our neighbors in West Bloomfield?

This Memorial Day weekend, we remember and honor those who gave their lives while protecting our freedom. We also honor the families of the fallen and pray that they will experience the comfort of the Lord and the gratitude of those around them.

May God bless you!

This Sunday, our "Encouragement" series based on the Apostle Paul’s letters to the church in Thessalonica focused on what it means to be perseverant in the faith.

Through trials, hardship, waiting, and uncertainty, Paul reminded the Thessalonian church to remain steadfast, encouraged, and anchored in Christ.

Our faithful Lead Pastor Joe, experienced a unique trial this week, as he suffered an injury to his femur and has had to lean heavily on the encouragement of Christ through the love, prayers, and support of our church body.

Pastor Joe shared about one specific member of our church who deeply inspired him to persevere during a personal trial. It was a powerful reminder that our perseverance in Christ through hardship doesn’t just strengthen our own faith — it becomes a testimony that encourages others who are watching us walk through difficult seasons.

Also, Pastor Joe and his wife, Ranae, are wearing some new swag....what could this mean??

While it’s true that women pioneers are rarely highlighted in Scripture, there are several whom the Apostle Paul mentions by name and commends for their faithful, trailblazing roles in the growth of the early church.

In this weeks service, Pastor Joe explores the lives of three women that the Apostle Paul mentions: Lydia (Acts 16:11-15), Junia (Romans 16:7), and Phoebe (Romans 16:1-2), who stood boldly and unashamedly for the name of Christ.

Women pioneers of the faith should be honored and their example followed.

In the first week of our new series, we look at Paul’s instruction to the church in Thessalonica—a call that still speaks to us today.

To be DISRUPTORS who:
• Labor in Love
• Imitate Christ
• Echo the Word

This is the kind of faith that doesn’t stay still, it MOVES.

How will we answer this call?
