Today is the day we normally meet for WMU. Please be in prayer for our missionaries serving wherever they might be, our church and the new directions we might be heading, Bro. Nelson and Carley, Josh and Hannah, and the Freedom group that begins to meet tonight ( the renamed Hope Groups), families of Jane and Freddie Stegall, and for Bro. Allen Stephens, Director of Missions for Rankin Co. Baptist Association who is very grave right now from the Corona virus at Merit Hospital in Brandon and for the family of Bro. Ron Tullos our Copiah Co. Baptist Music Minister who lost his fight against the virus. Remember, wear a mask, social distance, and wash hands frequently, and please be safe. We hope it won't be long before everyone in our group feels safe to return to our monthly meetings.

Today is the day we would normally hold our June meeting. I for one really miss seeing you all. Not sure when we can start our regular meetings again, and when it will be with lunch. I hope you are getting your Mission Mosiacs and are thinking of new projects we can do when we start back! I have talked to several of our older ladies at our church and get a sense that they are feeling disconnected with what is happening, about coming back to church, and just feeling included, and with fellow church members since they are not getting out and going to services at this time. I know for Carey and myself, the last couple of months have been kinda rough and just making it through takes effort. (But I have learned to mow our yard, put deisel in the tractor, and do a lot I haven't had to before). From what I heard last week, Jane Stegall is doing better, Carolyn Graham is in Haven Hall, Pat Lonardo is getting her new wheelchair Thursday (finally), Elizabeth Butler is still suffering from her headaches and trying to get her medicine straight, and that's about what I know. Please let some of us know about needs and things you have need of help with or prayer. How about we each call someone from our WMU group or from our older church members that we don't usually talk to and just touch base with them? We can generate our own 'connection' among those who don't get out so much right now. Janet
Let all that you do be done with love. 1 Corinthians 16:14 NKJV
