There will be no church service at Sweetwater on Sunday, January 25. The weather forecast predicts the ice storm in our area will be at its worst on Sunday, and we want everyone to stay safe.

We humbly ask that you join us in prayer for our dear friend and neighbor in Midway, MS, Josh Berch, who has suffered a stroke and is currently receiving care in the St. Dominic ICU. The members of Sweetwater Church deeply care for Josh and he needs our prayers at this time. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

As of today, we have completed the process of separating from the United Methodist Church and have joined the Global Methodist Church. Our new pastor, Gary Hurst, will begin his time with us soon and will continue to serve as pastor of Pleasant Valley Methodist Church. Watch this space for more updates as we begin a new chapter.
