"Getting Grounded"Meditation Series

Are you feeling stressed, anxious or overwhelmed by things in your life but not sure what can be done to help you through?

You're invited to join Pastor Scott & Susan Lindner for a 4 week "Getting Grounded" mediation series starting on Wednesdays. Sept 9th, 16th, 23rd & 30th at 7pm in the sanctuary. Each session is 30-45 minutes.

Come join us as we explore our way through some guided meditations and readings.

You're welcome to bring a yoga mat/ pillow to sit on if you choose or just get comfy on one of our chairs.

This is free and open to anyone you know who could use some time to unwind. So please share this invitation with whomever you choose.

There's no sign up or rsvp needed just come join us.
