Hurricane Ian Relief Efforts - Masjid An Noor of Wesley Chapel

MashaAllah hats off to Masjid An-Noor of Wesley Chapel (contributors, volunteers and community members from the New Tampa Masjid and Wesley Chapel) who relentlessly provided relief support to the hurricane affected victims in both Fort Myers and Port Charlotte communities to be able to get back to some sort of normalcy after devastation from Hurricane Ian (SubhanAllah).

They ran the operation for 7 days providing the following items

1. Distributed Over 3500 freshly cooked food boxes for all 7 days, supplying them daily from Tampa to both Fort Myers and Port Charlotte masajid

-- Daily supply of 650+ food boxes from Monday to Friday

-- 170 boxes on Saturday and Sunday

2. Brand new Generators to both the masajid

3. Heavy duty tarpaulin to Fort Myers

4. 4 pallets of water to Fort Myers when they completely ran out of drinking water

5. Cleaning assistance to the Fort Myers community

Assalamu alaikum dear brothers and sisters,

Alhamdu lillahi rabbil alamin with the help from Allah subhanahu wa’taala Masjid An-Noor of Wesley Chapel was able to co-ordinate and lead the flood Relief efforts for Fort Myers and Port Charlotte caused by Hurricane Ian.

So far, we were able to provide Generators, fuel, cooked food, tarpulins, 4 Pallets of water and assist them in the cleanup efforts
