The church has been sent to this world, though we do not belong to it, we were sent on a mission. Called out of the world for a purpose. Jesus acknowledged that He was coming to this world in the flesh, to go through suffering, physical and emotional. In the years of His ministry, we saw him weep, laugh, teach, bless; all things part of his life. And in his mission there was passion, passion for those who were destined for condemnation, then and now. He saw the evil in men, and even like that— In His love and compassion He came to this world to live out the lies, knowing he was going through the cross. Tell me, how many of you go into a fight knowing you’re going to lose? You would rather walk away. Unless I am certain I’m going to win, I will enter the fight. When Jesus comes into the world, people saw His defeat on the cross. But Jesus already had seen the victory, before He even started. When you come to Christ, it is the same thing. When you are in this world, you will experience many storms. You must believe and know you WILL have the victory. It’s not just buying a church or being part of the church. Your victory is to make it to heaven along side your loved ones. This passion is worth the fight, worth standing in faith. The only way, is through the power of Jesus Christ. Jesus said, I will be in you, but I want you to be faithful. Stand in the midst of the storm, and prove to everyone that you love me. When you don’t understand, you still believe. When it’s the same storm; you go again, and again. Lord, keep me faithful
