To many being fit physically has nothing to do with how we are spiritually but I beg to differ. Being fit on the outside comes with dedication and the will to do. We can sit around and do nothing to benefit ourselves health wise or we can get to it and make a difference. Be great today. Choose His will and make an impact on self both spiritually and physically. 🙏💛

How much pleasure will we seek? When's it enough? The problem is meaninglessness. It's everywhere. Meaningless doesn't come from excessive amounts of pain, it comes from excessive amounts of pleasure.

The Great King Solomon denied himself no pleasure under the sun and fully indulged in all life's pleasures yet at the end of his life was the lonliest man, and wrote in his Book of Ecclesiastes of the meaningless of life.

Are we raising our children under the tutelage of do what you want, when you want, with whom you want, how you want because who are we to stop them? "Love is love." The problem lies with the churched. Our major issue is with our evangelism and fractured Doctrinal foundation. We put ourselves in this corner with how we have so cavalierly spoken on love and negativity spoken about religion. We have dismissed the Word as if it were outdated and irrelevant to our culture. We need to return to Christ, humbled, broken and contrite. Their's a paradigm shift that needs to be halted and reversed.

If you abide in my word, you are truly my disciples, and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free. John 8:31-32

Jude 7

"And don't forget S***m and Gomorrah and their neighboring towns, which were filled with immorality and every kind of sexual perversion. Those cities were destroyed by fire and serve as a warning of the eternal fire of God's judgment."

Judgement is at the doorstep of the churched and Biblically learned. For those that know, we are in complete error and deceived if we think anyone that loves God must accept and advocate for a sexually sinful lifestyle.

Every type of sexual perversion is against God's Way and Truth. God is Love, scripture teaches us. True Love is not sexually perverted and immoral. Homosexuality is not natural, Holy, or a Biblically accepted doctrine. Neither should we propagate it nor idly remain silent. Preach The Gospel! Preach His Truth! Preach God's Law, Judgement, Power and Holiness!

If our intake is more than our output, how can there be any real gain?

Working out and all the cardio in the world cannot save us from our eating & drinking habits. Self-control is crucial to a healthy life, physically and psychologically.

Spiritually, as Believers, the principal can apply as well. If our intake is more than our output we became spiritually inept to G-d. We have to learn to serve, give and bless others and not seek to receive all the time.

When I visited Israel in 2014, I saw how the Dead Sea and Sea of Galilee were similar in some ways but vastly different, primarily because the Dead Sea cannot hold any life. It is completely dense with salt and absolutely no life can live in it because it does not have an outlet. No water leaves the Dead Sea and thus, it is dead, not alive.

The Sea of Galilee on the other hand has plenty of marine life in it because as easily as precipitation enters the sea it also leaves. It pours out continuously.

The Lord teaches us in Scripture that unless we give and pour ourselves out in service we might never know the true abundant life He has set for us to live.
