Wake Cross Roads Baptist Church has been a consistent resource for Revive Her Ministries. They graciously provided the venue for our Spring Seeds of Hope Fundraising Banquet. Their community outreach program, SERVE NC, has done miscellaneous chores on the Greenhouse Property for the past two years. Additionally, they contribute surplus produce, bread, and milk from their food pantry. Many members of the church have been kind in providing meals for our Greenhouse residents. Considering some family detours, my publisher and I have agreed to postpone the release of Big Hurt, Bigger God until October.

I write about it in this week's blog as well as how to get your book sooner if you'd planned on having it. ,

Life's detours can be painful, but Psalm 23 reminds us the Good Shepherd walks beside us through every valley.

Meet Faithful Ministry Advocate – Lou Anne Liles !

Lou Anne Liles has been a volunteer with Revive Her Ministries since the very beginning. She served on the Board of Directors for two years and then moved to the Volunteer Lead Team to head up the Prison Ministry, which was halted by COVID in 2020. Since the opening of the Greenhouse, Lou Anne has taught Bible study to the residents, provided transportation for them, and stayed at the Greenhouse to supervise when needed. Her passion has always been to see women grow and flourish in the areas that God has called them to be His Light.

Revive Her Ministries has great appreciation for the many ways Precision Vue has supported the ministry. For the past two years, they have sponsored and played in our annual Fall Golf Fundraiser. Precision Vue has also consistently sponsored and attended our annual Spring Fundraising Banquet. Their amazing drone footage of the Greenhouse before and after improvements, as well as the created footage for promos, were done for no charge. Thanks to the Precision Vue team for the fantastic support!

Meet Volunteer Extraordinaire - Marsha Duke!

Marsha has been involved with Revive Her Ministries since participating in Heart-to-Heart Bible studies led by RHM founder, Jane Wolfe. Over the years, Marsha has volunteered in numerous capacities, including serving on the Board of Directors and acting as Board Chair. For several years, Marsha has been the ministry’s grant writer, helping to secure much-needed funding. Additionally, Marsha is responsible for maintaining the Greenhouse Meal Train and Amazon supply lists. This year, she served as the coordinator for the Seeds of Hope Fundraising Banquet. Marsha is also part of the group of volunteers who provide transportation for the Greenhouse residents.

Celebrate Recovery has been a tremendous resource for Revive Her Ministries, offering Christ centered 12-step programs. Praise God that one of our residents has been going to meetings over two years and completed her 2-year celebration of being sober on February 17th of this year. We appreciate The Passage Church for hosting these vital meetings.

Celebrate Recovery is a safe place to find freedom from your hurts, hang-ups, and habits.

A major need for The Greenhouse is a commercial vehicle. Until that prayer is answered, Revive Her Ministries is looking for volunteers for resident transportation. If you would be able to help, below is the link.

Most of the residents at the Greenhouse do not have their own transportation. Many have neglected their health for years or have other appointments necessary to obtain documents and services needed to rejoin society as productive citizens. We need Transportation Volunteers to help them get to these....
