We believe in One Triune God: One God in three distinct persons- God the Father; God the Son; and God the Holy Spirit. We believe the Holy Scriptures, including both the Old and New Testaments to be the verbally inspired, totally inerrant, infallible Word of God and that God has preserved His Word throughout the ages, and that the KJV Bible is the final authority for faith and practice. We believe
that the Lord Jesus Christ, the eternal Son of God, became man, without ceasing to be God, having been conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary, in order to reveal God and redeem man from sin. John 1:1,2,14; Luke 1:35
Also, that the Lord Jesus Christ accomplished our redemption through His death on the cross as our substitutionary sacrifice by providing an unlimited atonement for the sins of the whole world; and that our justification is made sure by His literal bodily resurrection from the dead. Rom. 3:24,25; I Peter 2:24; Eph. 1:7; I Peter 1:3-5. Also, that the Lord Jesus Christ ascended to heaven and is now seated at the right hand of God the Father where, as our High Priest, He is our Representative, Intercessor, and Advocate. Acts 1:9,10; Heb. 9:24; Rom. 8:34; I John 2:1,2.
4. We believe that man was created in the image of God but through Adams transgression fell into sin. From Adam sin has passed upon all men and therefore all mankind has been alienated from God. Man is totally depraved- there is no good thing in the flesh- and apart from faith in Jesus Christ doomed to eternity in Hell and the Lake of Fire. Gen 1:26; Rom. 3:25-27, 5:12.
5. We believe that salvation is a gift of God given to man by God's Grace and received by faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, who shed His blood on Calvary for man's sins. Eph. 2:8-12; John 1:12;
Eph. 1:7; I Peter 1:18,19.
6. We believe that those who are born again are kept by God's power and are eternally secure in Christ forever. John 6:37-40;10:27-30; Rom. 8:38,39; I Peter 1:5; I Cor. 1:4-8.
7. We believe that the Church, which is the body and espoused bride of Christ, is a spiritual organism made up of all born again persons. Eph. 1:22,23, 5:25-27; I Cor. 12:12,13; II Cor. 11:2; Eph. 3:21. We believe that the establishment of local new testament churches is clearly taught and defined in the New Testament Scriptures. Acts 14:27, 20:17, 28-32; I Tim. 1:1-13; Titus 1:5-11. We believe the Lord Jesus Christ has instituted two ordinances to be observed by the local church. Baptism by immersion and B. The Lord's Supper. Mat. 28:19,20; Acts 2:41,46,47, 8:36,37 16:33: I Cor. 11:23-32. (No person is qualified to take part in either of these two ordinances unless they have been born again.) We believe that it is the obligation of the saved to witness by life and by word to the truths of the Holy Scriptures and to seek to proclaim the Gospel to all mankind. Mark 16:15; Acts 1:8; II Cor. 5:19,20.
9. We believe in the bodily resurrection of all people, the saved unto eternal life, and the unsaved unto judgment and everlasting punishment and separation from God. Mat. 25:46: John 5:28,29, 11:25,26; Rev. 20:5,6,13; 3:10.
10. We believe in the personal, imminent, pre-tribulation and pre-millennial return of the Lord Jesus Christ for His Bride/the Church, and His subsequent return to earth with His saints, to establish His millennial Kingdom. I Thess. 1:10; 4:13-18; II Tim. 2:7,8; Rev. 3:10; 19:11-16.
