This past Sunday, our Shores students helped lead us through the seven "I am" statements of Jesus found in the Gospel of John.

Jesus said:

• I am the Bread of Life
• I am the Light of the World
• I am the Gate
• I am the Good Shepherd
• I am the Resurrection and the Life
• I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life
• I am the True Vine

These weren't just illustrations or titles. Jesus was revealing who He is and inviting people to place their trust in Him.

At the end of the message, one question remained:

"Who do you say I am?"

That's a question each of us has to answer for ourselves.

We're thankful for the students who shared this message and reminded us of the truth found in God's Word 🩵

Join us as our Shores Students and Shores Kids lead both services! We hear from our students about what God has been teaching them in groups and our kids ministry will help lead us in worship.

This is is always a meaningful Sunday in the life of our church, and we’d love for you to be part of it!

COMING TO WELLS!

Rainforest Falls is bringing a huge week of fun to Shores Church in Wells this summer and we cannot wait.

Kids entering Kindergarten- 4th Grade will spend the week racing through games, singing, laughing, making friends, exploring hands-on science activities, learning Bible stories, and having an absolute blast.

FREE and open to the entire community!

The BEST week of summer is coming to Wells!

Rainforest Falls Vacation Bible School at Shores Church is a free, high-energy week filled with wild games, music, hands-on science experiments, crafts, Bible adventures, snacks, and nonstop fun for kids entering Kindergarten–4th Grade.

This is not just for church members - it’s for the entire community, and everyone is welcome.

June 22–26

It’s hard watching someone you love walk away.

Harder still not knowing if they’ll ever come back.

Jesus told stories about lost sheep, lost coins, and lost sons because people matter deeply to Him.

And sometimes loving someone doesn’t look like pressure or fixing everything.

Sometimes it looks like patience.
Like prayer.
Like refusing to shut the door completely.

That’s what “keeping the light on” means.

Not pretending everything is okay.
Not having all the right words.

Just leaving room for grace to work.

If someone’s been on your heart lately, don’t lose hope too quickly.

Keep the light on.
