Weir Baptist Camp is excited to share a new fundraising initiative called the Carson Camp Fund.

The Carson Camp Fund is a fund designed to allow Weir Baptist Camp to continue the work of expanding and updating our campus. This fund is named in honor of Bill and DeAnne Carson, who help fund multiple projects around our campus and also volunteered in so many areas throughout their lives. We are asking individuals interested in becoming a part of the work on our campus to give to this fund. We will be collecting donations for this fund throughout the month of April. If you are interested in becoming a donor you can give online at www.weirbaptistcamp.com/support or send your donation to our Associational Office at 1148 KS-103, Weir, KS 66781. We have also sent preaddressed envelopes and information to our SEKBA area churches.

We had a week of youth and adult volunteers from First Baptist Church Cherokee who helped worked on our manager’s house including helping with the kitchen and bathroom area. They did an amazing job! We also had Uniontown First Missionary Baptist Church’s youth group join in for our first trial run at a Spring Youth Retreat. It was a fun time where we focused on our identity in Christ in the Book of Ephesians. Thank you to Tony Gray for bringing the message!

Weir Baptist Camp is looking for College Aged Kids to help program our Jr High/Sr High Camp. The camp will run from June 28th-July 3rd. There will be a training the weekend before camp and room and board is free for any college age student that week.
