Mayday Ministries

Mayday Ministries Answering The Call, Makin' The Grab! Our goal is to provide aid, comfort, and help to first responders and their families.

We hope to accomplish this by first providing counsel to our fellow brothers and sisters to help see them through and heal from things such as depression, grief, crisis, trauma, and post-traumatic stress disorder. Then we will follow up by providing Christian life coaching and other resources to help equip them to better serve God, their families, co-workers, and their communities. While it may be

our field of expertise; our work is not limited to the area of first responders, their families, and victims of man-made/natural disasters. Instead, we will strive to help ease the burdens of our fellow man wherever our paths may lead.

The Responders In Faith Conference was not just a gathering — it was a commissioning.

This year’s theme, “Armored Faith: Equipped to Stand,” was a reminder that first responders don’t just put on physical gear…they must be spiritually equipped as well.

First responders don’t just put on physical gear — they train in it, trust it, and move in it. The same is true spiritually. Faith that lasts on the front lines must be forged, strengthened, and lived out daily.

Across this nation, men and women run toward chaos every single day. The battles are real. The weight is heavy. This calling demands depth, resilience, and spiritual endurance.

What we witnessed this weekend was strength being forged. Leaders being sharpened. Chaplains being equipped. Ministries aligning.

This is bigger than a conference.
This is a movement to ensure those who protect our communities are spiritually resilient, mentally grounded, and fully supported.

Mayday Ministries stands ready — to serve, to partner, and to build alongside others who refuse to let our first responders fight silent battles alone.

The mission is urgent.
The time is now.
Stand armored.

Most people don’t need more motivation.

They need clarity.

When someone feels stuck, it’s rarely because they aren’t trying hard enough. More often, it’s because they’re carrying too many thoughts, expectations, and unanswered questions — all at once.

That’s where coaching comes in.

Coaching isn’t therapy, advice, or motivation. It’s a structured, intentional conversation designed to help you slow down, get out of mental loops, identify what actually matters, and move forward with intention instead of pressure.

I do this work because I’ve seen how powerful clarity can be. When things are named and sorted, forward movement becomes possible again.

If you’ve been feeling internally restless, overwhelmed, or unsure of your next step, you’re not broken — you’re likely at a decision point.

So, when you’re ready to start the conversation, I offer free discovery calls for anyone curious about coaching. There’s no obligation — just a thoughtful conversation to see whether working together would be a fit!

To setup a free discovery call, you can call or text (570) 706-5268.

Ever feel like you’re doing all the “right” things…but still feel stuck?

I’ve been having a lot of conversations lately with people who feel overwhelmed, burned out, or uncertain about where life is heading—even though things look “fine” on the outside.

Sometimes what we need isn’t more advice — it’s clarity, space to think, and someone to walk with us while we figure out what’s next.

If this resonates, you’re not alone and you don’t have to sort it out by yourself. Remember, it all begins with a conversation. So, feel free to reach out and schedule a free discovery call to see if life coaching would be a good fit for you!

🚨 ⚠️ EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT ⚠️ 🚨

After a season of deep reflection and preparation, I am excited to share that we are now offering Life Coaching—a space for growth, clarity, and forward movement.

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure about your next steps, you don’t have to navigate it alone. We offer supportive, thoughtful coaching designed to help you gain perspective, build confidence, and move toward a life that feels aligned and purposeful.

Our approach is grounded in compassion, honesty, and respect for where you are right now. While our values are faith-informed, coaching sessions are client-centered, practical, and welcoming to people from all backgrounds.

This isn’t about having everything figured out—it’s about taking meaningful steps forward, one conversation at a time. So, let's get the conversation started...

While I'm honestly not sure where exactly to begin, after having been quiet on social media for a season, I think it's as good a time as any to provide an update on things.

So, a little while back, we had made an announcement that there was something big coming. Well, the big news that we were preparing to share was that Mayday Ministries has officially been recognized as a non-profit organization! While this is still big news that we are extremely excited about, it has been overshadowed by a more recent and unfortunate event.

On October 29th, my wife (Melissa) was involved in a serious motor vehicle accident that almost claimed her life. While by the Grace of God, Melissa was able to get out of the vehicle before the subsequent fire reached her, she still sustained some life altering injuries. While God has been so faithfully and graciously providing for us, we are still facing a mountain before us. Although Melissa is now home and hopefully will not require any more surgeries, she will still be out of work for a minimum of 3 to 4 months and require aggressive physical therapy. Due to currently needing 24/7 care, for at least a portion of that 3 to 4 month time period, I will be home providing direct care for her. While it is a blessing to be able to be the one to provide this care for her, unfortunately, it leaves us without any income for at least the next 1 to 2 months. Although our world may have stopped, the world around us hasn't. We still have two kids who have needs/wants, a mortgage, utility/grocery bills, and other miscellaneous things to pay and take care of. Then, add on to that, the fact that this all happened right around the holidays. Unfortunately, this brings about it's own unique set of challenges, as well. Thankfully, though, we serve a God that can move mountains!

While I'm not normally one to ask for help, I recognize that we are currently in a difficult season where we really need it. A friend of the family has recently put together a gofundme to help support us during this time and has also asked us to put together a wishlist for the kids for Christmas. Below, you will find the links for both. So, if you are in a position where you are able and feel lead to, we would very much appreciate any help and/or prayers that you are willing to send our way. I'd also just like to say that Melissa and I both thank you for your help and prayers during this difficult season! It means more to our family than you know!!

Finally, while all programs and future events have been temporarily put on hold, please know that we are still here to help others however we can. Our phone is still on too if anyone wants help or needs to talk. So, please, don't hesitate to reach out!! Also, make sure to check back soon for more updates and some more exciting announcements!

So, we are disappointed to have to announce that we did not receive any entries for our latest contest. This contest was built around our "Stories Of Hope" viral challenge and was focused on promoting mental health awareness and the importance of self-care. As a result of there not being any entries, naturally, we don't have a winner to announce. So, we will still have some Knoebels tickets and a picnic style lunch to give away at a later date.

☕️ ☕️ ☕️ ☕️ ☕️ ☕️ ☕️ ☕️ ☕️

LIKE COFFEE? WANT COFFEE? YOU GOT IT!

As promised at the end of our walk, we are going to be holding a quick, fun, and easy contest that will give you the chance to win some Fire Department Coffee!

So, make sure to check back later this evening as we will be posting how you can win the two bags of Fire Department Coffee that are pictured below!
