She walked in alone, just one day after learning she was pregnant. She was carrying far more than the news itself. There had been a recent breakup, two children waiting for her at home, ongoing medical concerns, and a past marked by pain and instability. Quietly, she shared that she did not want to be pregnant and felt overwhelmed by what to do next.
Because of our donors, volunteers and prayer team, she did not have to face that moment alone. Our team met her with compassion and gave her space to process everything in front of her. We reminded her that she had time to gather information, ask questions, and consider her next steps. We also prayed with her, asking for peace and clarity in the middle of so much uncertainty.
She returned for follow-up care, still facing physical concerns and unanswered questions, but something had begun to shift. During one visit, she shared that she was feeling more at peace and was choosing to place the situation in God’s hands. She continued to come back, receiving care, support, and encouragement each step of the way.
This is the impact you make possible. Women walking through fear and uncertainty are met with compassion, truth, and hope. Thank you for being part of her story.
