We have grown some great relationships with our neighbors at Holland Lake Rehabilitation & Wellness Center. As you are out shopping, if you want to pick up some small items for the residents for our Christmas in July Event, they would be greatly appreciated! And if you want to volunteer for the event, contact Diane Ballard.

It is a great opportunity to get to know some new Couts folks and get a taste or two of this yummy goodness (we call that quality control!).

There may be no better way than to spend our time listening to a child read. It doesn’t just build skills, but it also creates connection. We will be riding in the church van to serve at Project Transformation at McMillan UMC in Fort Worth from June 29-July 2. We will be helping children read. Youth volunteers must be 13 or older. For questions, contact Stephanie Jester. You must be Ministry Safe Certified (check with Cindy Hott in the church office) and you can sign up for one or more days.
