Dear Alumni!

Have I got news for you!!! The university has announced homecoming 2024! We will have our gathering October 25-26, 2024!

We are so excited to have you join us as we gather to remember, reminisce, and refocus in light of 100 years of ministry on this campus!

Soon I will sit down with those giants of the SWOSU BSU/BCM, Jim Morrison and Ron Henderson, and we will derive a plan for the weekend! Until we have that together please start making plans to join us and help us by spreading the word about the weekend!!!

Also, we will have SWOSU BSU and/or SWOSU BCM merchandise available through an online store. None of the proceeds go to our ministry, we are just making it available to you.

In the meantime, please pray for us as we are sending 15 people to Brooklyn, NY to partner with SWOSU BSU/BCM alumni Gregg and Tamra Gober! March 16-21, 2024 are the dates!

Our very own Jim Morrison came by and shared with the students about the importance and impact of prayer tonight for Forge.

February 29, 2024 is the date for the National Day of Prayer this year. As a concentrated effort we will be praying specifically for Houghton University, as well as SWOSU. We will be praying that God would raise up His followers and stir them to revival and that people on campuses across the nation would see people come to faith.

SWOSU BCM students. The semester is ending today.
Some of you will walk away from campus after graduating today (way to go dude!).
Some of you will move away from this campus for other adventures altogether (sad).
Some of you will walk away until the next semester (even this summer).
Regardless please understand you have touched my life and made it better. I am humbled to get to serve you and be a part of your story, however brief my part is. I thank God for you and pray you know you are known and loved. Please know when i see you I’ll rejoice and i’ll miss you when you're gone; and when you do come back, even if it's for a minute, welcome home. Blessings!
