Westside Kids

This page is to help us remain in communication with the parents of preschoolers and elementary involved in ministry.

Westside Wee Ones is our ministry for children ages 6 weeks through 5 years old, not yet in Kindergarten. We believe its never too early to teach a child about their Heavenly Father and His Word. We do so, through age appropriate Bible lessons, worship, and activities. We believe God has a tender heart for children and so does our team of loving volunteers. We love partnering with parents to make

disciples! We hope to use this page to keep parents notified of what's happening within our ministry. We also desire to encourage parents along the journey of building the spiritual foundation for their small child(ren).

AWANA Volunteer meeting has been rescheduled to Monday, August 24, at 6PM in the fellowship hall. Parent meeting will be tomorrow, August 20 at 6PM. Looking forward to a great year of AWANA and teaching little disciples!

Tomorrow is our VBS Reunion! Join us for a fun night revisiting the fun of VBS! Don't forget to bring blankets or chairs to enjoy the movie. Popcorn and drinks will be provided!

Tomorrow is our last Popsicles and Psalms of the summer! This summer has flown by but we are so excited to have one last meetup in the park for Popsicles & Psalms. We will be diving into the Word while we enjoy some ice cream treats! Hope to see you tomorrow at 10!

VBS is almost here and we still need your help! We are collecting
chicken nuggets to serve to students and adults at VBS. We have been notified that it has been difficult to locate the Great Value chicken nuggets at Walmart so we are accepting other chicken nuggets. We originally were requesting one brand due to cook time to help our snack leaders be able to be efficient. However, any brand of round, fully cooked chicken nuggets would be gratefully accepted to help serve students during VBS. Three examples have been pictured below. Any donations are so appreciated as we prepare to share the light of Jesus with kids in our community!💡
