“There is no formation without repetition.” — John Mark Comer
We become what we repeatedly do.
Our hearts, minds, and souls are shaped not by our intentions alone, but by the small practices we return to day after day. The voices we listen to. The thoughts we rehearse. The habits we cultivate. The rhythms we embrace.
Spiritual formation isn’t usually found in the dramatic moments. More often, it’s forged in the quiet, ordinary choices to return again and again to the presence of God.
One prayer.
One act of surrender.
One moment of stillness.
One step of obedience.
Over time, repetition becomes transformation.
What practice has God been inviting you to return to lately?
