Second Season Thrift Store & Neighborhood Pantry Second Season, exists to provide access to food and support services to address food insecurity.

The Open Door and Second Blessing Thrift Shop was closed July 2022. As a Long’s Chapel sponsored mission, Second Season exists to provide access to food support and services to address food insecurity. Long’s Chapel has relocated, reimagined and renamed the Second Blessing Thrift Store and Food Pantry. A mission team was formed to support and give direction to thrift store and Manna sponsored and Manna partner supported food pantry

🍎 No-cost breakfast and lunch are back for the 2026–2027 school year!

Thanks to Haywood County Schools’ participation in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP), all HCS students can enjoy breakfast and lunch at no cost-with no applications or forms required.

Healthy meals help fuel learning, focus and a great school day. 💚
