The River Family Worship Center Our desire is to be a life-giving church where people can connect with God and experience His presence and power in a real way.

"There seems to be one on every street"......"the last thing we need around here is another church"......"Waynesville doesn't need another church"......at least not one that is going to be exactly like the other churches in the area. But, what if there was a church committed to being:

a place where people who don't like church could meet God
a place where it was ok not to be ok
a place where it w

as never to late to be who you haven't been
a place where families love to attend together
a place where lives were regularly changed by the love of Christ
a place where regular people could learn to understand the bible and apply it to their lives
a church for the rest of us

Now THAT is in fact needed... The River wants to be that church.
