Prior to God’s love story being wrapped up in words, God’s love was told in the wonders of creation. We embrace God’s creation from rolling hills to sandy shores filled with the sights and sounds of animals.

Knowing this, it is not surprising to find the pages of Scripture filled with God’s creatures, both great and small. This is the theme of our summer worship series, where we will read passages of Scripture and encounter animals of every kind.

Join us this summer for our All God’s Creatures Great and Small worship series at 10:30 a.m. in the Sanctuary or online.

Many thanks to Dan Woodworth for letting us visit his barn and share pictures of his freshly shorn ewes and darling lambs.

On Sunday, May 10, all WMHS seniors and their families are invited to the WMHS Baccalaureate service followed by a light reception.

Our year-long confirmation journey came to a close today in worship as we recalled the many ways we learned and grew in our faith together, from class discussions, to serving in mission at FPC’s food pantry to learning about vocation while changing a tire to creating a clay art project with symbols representing our faith.

We are grateful for the six youth and mentors, along with their families and our congregation, for this year-long journey of confirming our faith in Christ as Lord.
