Sometimes we have to be reminded that God is good especially during times of tribulation. In an effort to send this message we are selling these sweatshirts through our missions booth. The proceeds from these sweatshirts will go to those who are experiencing tribulation from Hurricane Helene.

These sweatshirts are adult sizes Small, Medium, Large, X Large, 2XL.
Colors are Sand, Oatmeal, Cream, Dusty Pink, and Rock (grayish color).
They are $30 each for local pickup cash or check. If you use PayPal please add $2 to cover the fee.

Don’t forget Goodies From the Grove our ladies mission group still has booths at Bertie’s Unique Gifts and Randall Blake Florist. The items purchased in these booths support a number of missions local and global. We appreciate your support through the years and hope that you will continue to support us as we spread the word of God to others.

Goodies From the Grove has moved a booth to Randall Blake Florist located right next to The High Cotton as of January 1, 2024. Stop by and check out our new location. Randall Blake Florist is open six days a week. We have a great selection of Standing On The Word socks available. They are 2 for $20 or $12 each. These make a great happy for anyone needing an encouraging word. Our word for you today comes from Romans 15:13- May the God of hope till you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope.
Don’t forget that 100% of the proceeds support our missions which are local and abroad.

We had a great service today hosting Kim from Missing Peace Ministry. Missing Peace Ministry is a faith based non profit organization that serves victims of human trafficking. Special thanks to Kim and her family for sharing their passion and their time with us. Please pray for this ministry, Kim and her family. If you would like to give they have a website set up for all donations. This ministry receives no federal or state funding due to the fact that they are faith based.

Join us for the community Thanksgiving service to be held at Philadelphus Presbyterian Church tomorrow morning at 11:00 a.m. with covered dish lunch immediately following.
Remember there will be no service at Pleasant Grove Church.
