It’s important to have hope. We can find hope in Jesus. This morning at Southern Living and Brookwood Villa, Bro Steve encouraged us to trust in God. He is our hope!

“ For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11

We always have good visits and good times with the residents at Brookwood and Southern. We love these precious folks. Recently Tilly Lofton, Tina Covington and Wanda Register celebrated birthdays. Happy birthday!

“MAKE ME A SERVANT”

Wonderful service this Lord’s day! Great message from Bro Steve, and the music by Melody, the choir and congregation was beautiful.

Sam Mauldin was ordained as deacon this morning. We appreciate Sam and Linda and their servant hearts. May we all commit to praying for Sam as he assumes his new role at FBC.

We sang “Happy Birthday” to Finn Slay, who is one today, and also J R Waddell, who is a little older than one.

I’m so glad I’m a part of the family of God!

Tonight the Youth Group of FBC Waynesboro spent time writing their prayers down and taking them to the Lord. We as a group and individually, prayed for Amy, Ricky and their whole family. We will continue to pray. We love y’all!!!
