I WASN’T TALKING TO YOU
When Your Mouth Is on Earth, but the Conversation Is in Heaven�
Have you ever walked into a room and heard somebody talking, and because you heard your name, or heard something that sounded like it concerned you, you jumped into the conversation? And they looked at you and said: “I wasn’t talking to you.”
That will straighten you up quick. Because you suddenly realize something: just because you could hear the conversation didn’t mean you were the intended audience. You heard it.
But it wasn’t addressed to you. You were close enough to hear the sound, but you weren’t the destination of the words. And I wonder if sometimes we do the same thing when somebody starts speaking in tongues. We hear their mouth moving. We hear syllables we don’t. recognize. We hear sounds our natural mind cannot organize. And because we don’t understand it, we assume nothing meaningful is being said. But Paul says, you made one mistake. YOU THOUGHT THE CONVERSATION WAS FOR YOU.

I WASN’T TALKING TO YOU
When Your Mouth Is on Earth, but the Conversation Is in Heaven�

IT STARTED WITH A VISION… AND A WOMAN WILLING TO SAY YES. 💜🍇

As we continue to reflect on this year’s Don’t Sleep On Her Conference, we pause to honor the woman God entrusted with the vision — Pastor Regina WhittinRegina Whittington Mackerienced didn’t begin when the doors opened. It began in prayer. It began with a God-given vision. And it required faith, sacrifice, discernment, preparation, and most of all — obedience.

Pastor Regina, thank you for continuing to say YES to God. Thank you for praying, listening, leading, and following the Holy Spirit as He directs you.

Because of your obedience, women gathered. Women worshiped. Women were strengthened. Women were encouraged. Women encountered God. 🙌🏾

Don’t Sleep On Her is more than a conference — it is the fruit of a vision God placed in your heart, and year after year, we witness what He can do through one surrendered YES.

We honor you. We appreciate you. And we thank God for you. 💜

May God continue to strengthen you, replenish everything you pour out, and give you grace for every assignment ahead.

Some ministry happens on the platform. So much of it happens behind the scenes. 🤍

As Senior Pastors of Greater Dreams Church, we want to take a moment to honor the incredible team who helped serve and carry the 2026 Don’t Sleep On Her Conference. Long before conference weekend arrived, there were people praying, planning, preparing and working through countless details. And when the doors opened, there were leaders and volunteers ready to serve wherever they were needed.

That is what ministry looks like. People serving people, using what God has placed in their hands for something bigger than themselves.
