Our MZ Kids will take up a love offering to benefit Child Evangelism Fellowship this Sunday right after Kids Corner. CEF makes it their mission to reach the minds and hearts of children throughout Ohio with the love and words of Jesus Christ.

For June we are on the hunt for quality toys and games to include in our OCC boxes. Small puzzles and card games like UNO are great items as well as toys like: Play Doh, jump ropes, yo-yos, matchbox cars, soccer balls (each with needle and hand pump, size 4 & 5), wooden blocks, jacks, dominoes, and more. Genesis 16 shows us the painful difference between believing God's promise and waiting on God's timing. Abram was a man of faith. But even people of faith can have have moments when faith becomes tired, impatient, and mixed with human control. This is about people who believe God and then try to help God in the wrong way. Believers don't intend to revolt against God, sometimes they just get tired of waiting. We get tired when the promise. doesn't come as quickly as we want it to come.
