During our weekend with Dr. Francis Collins, we were treated to a beautiful, unscripted moment of worship. Before the Saturday session began, our own Andre Hessels (on guitar and harmonica) and John Grecia (on piano) led the room in moving renditions of our favorite songs, including "Heart of Gold."

There is something transformative about hearing a sanctuary full of voices rising together. It wasn’t just music; it was the perfect prelude to a weekend of deep reflection, faith, and connection.

Our time together was filled with moments that moved both the heart and the mind. We were treated to a beautiful musical surprise on Saturday, as our own Andre Hessels joined John Grecia for a performance on guitar and harmonica. Hearing the entire room lift their voices together in "Alleluia" was a moment of pure connection that set the tone for the days to follow.

From sharing meals and fellowship to hearing the profound insights of Dr. Francis Collins, it was a weekend dedicated to growth, faith, and the strength of our congregation.
