St. Michael Lutheran Church - Swaddling Clothes Program Swaddling Clothes is an outreach program where St. Michael Lutheran Church collects baby-related items and donates those to community members in need. St.

Michael Lutheran Church began its Swaddling Clothes Program in January 2016. This program actually started as a Girl Scout Gold Award Project by church member Allison Lennig. This program provides DONATED baby supplies (clothes, diapers, wipes, etc.) to struggling families living in poverty. Once a month (1st Saturday of each month from 10 am - 12 pm), SMLC runs the Swaddling Clothes “store” to st

ruggling families in our community, where they may take needed items at no charge. The program relies on donations from church members and other organizations. We are ALWAYS in need of diapers (all sizes newborn to size 5), wipes, gently used clothes, baby care items, formula/baby food, as well as large items such as cribs, toddler beds, car seats, etc. Michael Lutheran Church is located at: 3003 Hannan Road in Wayne, Michigan.
