Official Announcement:
On behalf of Bishop Michael H. Flynn and the HJ Echols Memorial Tabernacle family, it is with deep sadness that we announce the transition of our Queen, First Lady Fannie Maxine Lockey-Flynn. Fannie is the rose of HJ Echols Memorial Tabernacle, Waycross, Ga. She is well renowned in the city of Waycross and surrounding counties as she has been an active, loving part of her community for many years. She is a loving wife, mother, Gigi, sister, aunt, friend, and she was a role model to many. Lady Flynn was known for her warm welcoming spirit, southern hospitality, home cooked meals, and her love and dedication to her family and ministry. We honor her life and her legacy as her memory still resounds with laughter and with love . Please keep the Flynn, Lockey, and HJ Echols Memorial Tabernacle family lifted in prayer as we commemorate the life of our dear sweet Fannie Maxine Lockey-Flynn!
In the words of one of Fannie’s Favorite songs “I’ve learned how to live Holy. I’ve learned how to live right. I’ve learned how to suffer.. For if I suffer I shall gain eternal life. When I see Jesus, AMEN” 🙌🏾🙏🏾
