WHY YOUR FAITH ISN’T WORKING
— CHRISTIANITY 101

Faith isn’t just about believing. Faith comes from hearing—and hearing the Word of God.
Jesus shows us in the parable of the sower that the same seed can fall on different kinds of soil. The issue isn’t the seed—the Word of God always works. The question is: What kind of soil is your heart?

🌱 Ignorance — what we don’t understand can be stolen.
🪨 Offense — trials and persecution can cause us to become uprooted.
🌿 Distraction — the cares of this world can choke out the Word.
❤️ Honor — a heart that receives, understands, endures, and refuses to let the Word be choked out.

The seed is still good. The Word still works.

But what happens in your life depends on what you do with the seed.
“The seed is the word of God.” — Luke 8:11

Your faith isn’t broken. Check the soil. 🌱
