First Sunday of every month means corporate prayer at Renewal Church. It is a time for gathering, being open to share prayer requests, needs, and praises of our church, and to bring them before the Lord together as a body.

Rejoice always; pray without ceasing; in everything give thanks; for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus.

There is exciting news for our church body! Please join us in prayer as this new ministry soon begins.

Pray for the boys and families of our community to be served well in the teaching, guiding, and developing of these young men into Godly men of integrity and strength.

May the Lord be honored in the work we do, and may our lives and work reflect his goodness and love.

Fellowship Lunch at Renewal is a time of gathering every other week after service in someone's home to connect, pray, eat, share, fellowship, and casually learn about each other deeper.

By doing this, we follow the scripture's example of meeting together, and thus we become stronger in Christ to serve each other and those around us.

Meeting location is announced during Sunday service. We hope to see you at our next gathering!

Our church is growing, yet again, by two little hands and two little feet.

Thank you to all the ladies who participated in a variety of ways to make this meal-prep baby shower a success for our beloved Kyndra and Levi.

Many hands lovingly prepared a variety of meals that will bless the family after the arrival of their sweet baby. We are thrilled to welcome another baby at Renewal and look forward to what God has in store for this little one.

"For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well." Psalm 139:13-14

Thank you to our Renewal teens and volunteers who painted and prepared these lovely rocks. They were painted in love with the intention to share the hope, love, and promise Christ gives to us.

If you find a rock while walking through Waxhaw, please enjoy it and consider leaving it behind to bless someone else.

Thanks to all who hosted or joined us in celebrating July 4th this year Renewal-style filled with fun, food, fellowship, and fireworks. To those who participated in our great burger cook-off, we commend you on making so many savory and sweet burgers that were well enjoyed.

To those who went home with heads bowed in defeat, you have till next year to redeem yourself.

Summer is here, and that means SUMMER CAMP!

Many of our youth are already in the mountains this week, but there are still weeks of camp to come this summer.

Information is available for camp scholarships, and there is still time to say Bible verses, complete acts of service, and write notes of encouragement.

Please continue to pray for our children as they head off to the mountains to have a mountain-ous amount of fun, but also to grow in their knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ.
