And that’s a wrap! What a blessed 2026 missionary/church planter retreat in Galveston, TX! Three church plants that have organized into new churches and celebrating new church planters and those in the process! The theme was to “Live a Bold, Aggressive Faith”

Church planters retreat has been so good! Tonight was fellowship, karaoke, team building games and shenanigans 😂😂😂 What a blast 🎉

5 years! 5 years of God moving and working at Oasis Church. 5 years of God’s word challenging and changing lives. 5 years of God growing and molding disciples who love Him and serve Him. 5 years of standing in awe of our God who allows us to be part of His work of transforming lives and communities in west Texas with the power of His Gospel! I can’t believe what God has done in my life through Oasis over the last 5 years…and I can’t wait to see what He does in the next 5!!

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of former BMA of Texas pastor Mitch Friedman. Mitch also served Texas Missions for years. Please join us in praying for his family during this time.

Services:
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 29th, from 12:00pm-2:00pm at Harrell Funeral Home, Austin. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Thursday, April 30th beginning 3:00pm at Austin Stone Northwest Church.
