❤️ WHY MENTORING MATTERS AT CWJC!

Sometimes, the greatest gift you can give someone is simply walking alongside them.

At Christian Women’s Job Corps, our mentors do more than offer guidance. They build relationships, encourage growth, celebrate victories, and remind women they are never alone.

Throughout our 12-week program, mentors commit one hour each week to supporting participants as they grow professionally, emotionally, and spiritually.

💙 Through prayer, friendship, accountability, and encouragement, our mentors help women discover their God-given potential and build brighter futures.

“Encourage one another and build each other up.” — 1 Thessalonians 5:11

✨ One hour a week. Twelve weeks. A lifelong impact!

As we continue celebrating Pastor Appreciation Month, Ellis Baptist Association is grateful for the pastors who faithfully lead and serve our partner churches throughout Ellis County.

Each of our churches plays an important role in sharing the Gospel, making disciples, and reaching our communities for Christ. Behind these ministries are dedicated pastors who invest their time, energy, and hearts into shepherding their congregations and encouraging others in their walk with the Lord.

We are thankful for the unique ways God is working through each of our church partners and for the pastors who answer His call to serve.

Join us in continuing to pray for and encourage our EBA pastors as they faithfully lead their churches and advance God's Kingdom throughout Ellis County and beyond!

“And I will give you shepherds after my own heart, who will feed you with knowledge and understanding.” — Jeremiah 3:15 (ESV)

Throughout October, EBA is celebrating the pastors who faithfully lead our partner churches across Ellis County!

Every week, our pastors dedicate their time to preaching God's Word, shepherding their congregations, and helping others grow in their relationship with Christ.

Each church in our association is unique, but we share a common mission of reaching our communities with the Gospel.

To every EBA pastor, thank you for your leadership, your dedication, and your heart for the people God has called you to serve.

Church family, take a moment this week to thank your pastor for his faithful leadership!

October is Pastor Appreciation Month!

Throughout October, Ellis Baptist Association is taking time to recognize and celebrate the pastors and churches that make up our association. We are deeply grateful for each of our church partners and the pastors who faithfully lead, serve, and shepherd their congregations. Over the coming weeks, we will be highlighting our partner churches and expressing our appreciation for the important work they are doing throughout Ellis County.

Behind every EBA partner church is a pastor with a heart for reaching people and making disciples.

From established congregations to new church plants, our pastors are serving communities throughout Ellis County in countless ways. They visit the hurting, encourage families, disciple believers, and lead their churches to share the love of Christ beyond their walls.

We are grateful for pastors who see their communities as mission fields and faithfully lead their congregations to make a difference.

This week, join us in praying for our EBA pastors as they continue reaching Ellis County with the hope of the Gospel!

“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.” — Matthew 28:19 (ESV)
