Almost time to head back to school.
Wednesday and Thursday a few area churches teamed up to offer school supplies to area students through the “Neighbors Helping Neighbors” program.
After picking up their supplies St. Caspar Knights of Columbus was on hand to offer hot dogs, snacks and a drink.

On July 8th St. Caspar Knights of Columbus stopped by Cherry Street Mission in Toledo to drop off some clothing and food donations. The trip also included a tour of the facility.
It’s more than just a place to eat and sleep.

Before you move on, do this one thing.

This Father’s Day, say one Hail Mary for a priest.

Priests are fathers too. They may not have biological children, but they baptize us, hear our confessions, bring us the Eucharist, and help lead souls to Christ. Many spend their lives praying for others, carrying burdens few people ever see.

Priests face unique spiritual battles because of their closeness to the Sacraments and their responsibility for souls. The pressure is constant, the attacks are real, and many walk this path quietly and alone.

Your prayer is not small.
It is powerful.

Today, as we honor our fathers, let us also remember our spiritual fathers.

Pray for priests.
Especially for our Holy Father, Pope Leo XIV. 🙏

St. Caspar Knights of Columbus spent Thursday evening manning the grills.
We had a great time serving up burgers and dogs for the FULTON COUNTY BOARD OF DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITY summer picnic.
Always a pleasure to spend time with this group.

Our District Deputy Michael Boff joined us at our monthly meeting and presented a plaque for supporting our seminarians.

On Memorial Day, we pause to remember those who gave their lives in service to our country, and to honor the sacrifice that makes our freedom possible.

We also remember the many members of the Knights of Columbus who have served with courage and faith, answering the call to defend both God and country. Their legacy lives on in those who continue to serve, protect, and lead with integrity.

We pray for the souls of the fallen, for the comfort of their families, and for peace in our world. May their courage and selfless love never be forgotten.
