This morning, we want to express our sincere gratitude for the Wausau Assembly Choir!

Week after week, they faithfully serve and help usher the presence of the Lord into our services through their music and ministry. We are deeply thankful for each member of this dedicated team:

This morning, we would like to take a moment to celebrate and honor Brother Jerry and Sister Sherry Sapp!

Together, they faithfully serve as the leaders of our Prime Timers ministry, investing their time, energy, and love into making this ministry a blessing to so many.

But their service doesn’t stop there! Brother Jerry and Sister Sherry are also active members of our Hospitality Team, serve in our Music Ministry department, as well as our Men’s and Women’s Ministry departments, and they generously lend their talents to costume design for special programs and events.

Beyond all of these areas, you can often find them serving wherever there is a need. Whether behind the scenes or front and center, this couple has consistently shown a willingness to step in, lend a hand, and serve wherever they can.

Their faithfulness, servant hearts, and willingness to give of themselves are a tremendous blessing to our church family. We are so grateful for the Sapps and all they do to help make our church a place where everyone feels like family! Help us this morning as we celebrate and honor Brother Jerry and Sister Sherry Sapp! Today, we would like to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation for Brother Nathan and Sister Hannah Pope!

Together, Nathan and Hannah faithfully serve as our College & Career Ministry Leaders, investing their time and energy into the lives of our young adults. They have also faithfully assisted our Youth Pastors by serving as chaperones for various youth events and activities.

Nathan serves in several other important roles within our church. He is a valued member of our church board and faithfully serves as our campus maintenance man, helping care for our facilities and making sure needs around the church are taken care of. Nathan is also actively involved in assisting our Men’s Ministry Director, giving his time, and abilities wherever they are needed. Whether it is a planned responsibility or an unexpected need, Nathan is always willing to step in and serve.

Hannah faithfully serves in one of the most vibrant and important ministries of our church, our nursery ministry. She pours her time and care into serving our youngest members and their families. Beyond the nursery, Hannah can also be found lending a helping hand wherever there is an opportunity to serve. Her willingness to give of herself and serve others is a blessing to our church family.

Together Nathan and Hannah exemplify what it means to serve with a selfless heart. They don't just serve when it is convenient, they willingly give their time, energy, and talents whenever there is a need.

Help us today as we honor them for their faithful service! We are truly grateful for the Popes and the blessing they are to our church!

This morning, we would like to take a moment to express our sincere appreciation to one of our outstanding Royal Rangers team and all the various places they serve!

Brother Ryan Kirkland serves as our Royal Rangers Commander, a member of our security team, and part of our VBS crew.

As we all know, ministry is never done alone, and Ryan is supported by an incredible team of dedicated men.

Brother Ken Land serves in our Royal Rangers Ministry, on our church board, and with our VBS crew. He also volunteers with our children’s ministry on Sundays and serves as a musician in our worship band in various capacities.

Brother Taylor Smelcer serves in our Royal Rangers Ministry, on our church board, and with our VBS crew.

Caleb Carter serves in our Royal Rangers Ministry and on our security team. He also helps with our Men’s Ministry and VBS crew, and he is currently serving as the project manager for our parking lot installation.

We are truly grateful for each of these men and the time, leadership, and dedication they give to serve our church and community. Thank you for all that you do!

Today we would like to take the opportunity to honor Brother Bernice Hagan as our volunteer of the day! Brother Bernice is steadfast and dependable. He serves on our hospitality team and does an incredible job following up with our congregation on a weekly bases. He is also a faithful part of our VBS crew and keeps us all on schedule with his anointed air horn! Brother Bernice serves with humility and integrity no matter the task, and is a pillar in our church family!
