Day of Prayer in Pilgrim's sanctuary, Thursday, Dec. 5, starting at 9:00 am. Personal day of prayer with contemplative music throughout the day, until the 6:30 pm worship service. Come as you are, stay as long as you like.

It was a fun time last evening at Pilgrim! Pilgrim and St. Stephen Lutheran Church hosted a Trunk or Treat. The couple that lives across the parking lot from the church knew about the event and decided to join in; they carved some pumpkins and gave out candy.

II estimate that we had about 55 kids attend. The Halloween costumes were terrific! The eight vehicles there were creatively decorated. Lots of trinkets and goodies were passed out!

I'll attach some photos so you can get an idea of what it was like.

I hope that the folks at Pilgrim and St. Stephen decide to have this event again next year. This event shows an example of what we can do better together!
