Join us for the Rally Sunday and Annual Church Picnic on Sunday, September 13!

Rally Sunday isn't just for Sunday school kids. It is for everyone in the church. The word Rally Sunday is a day set aside to reassemble or “rally” after the relatively quiet summer vacation.

Come the end of summer, we need "Renewal of Energy" when it comes to spiritual matters. It’s hard to renew your energy on your own. But it’s much easier in a group. That’s why we set aside one special day at the end of the summer to "rally" - to "draw together for a common purpose," seeking the Holy Spirit’s power to "Renew our energy" for worship, for digging into God’s Word, for praying, for serving, for Christian fellowship, and for witnessing this fall season.

This year, our Rally Sunday's Theme is "Football." We want all of you to wear your favorite football team's gear! Or you can create your own T-shirt for Christ's Team.

Right after worship, join us for our Annual Church Picnic at 11 am. and enjoy some fun games. There will be football games between our kids and teachers.

Please invite family, friends, and neighbors for the Rally Sunday Celebration here at Church.

During worship, there will be a special moment for Sunday School Teachers/Adult Bible Leaders as they begin teaching our children, youth, and adults this year.

The Sunday school classes will start on September 20, right after the children's message and Bible presentation to the third graders.

The adult Bible study classes will start this Tuesday, September 8, at 7 pm with the book "The Holy Spirit."

The Praise Team Practice will resume this Tuesday night at 6 pm. We invite all singers to sing with the praise team. Our music director, Amy, is ready to direct our awesome praise team.

Water into w**e. Jesus's first miracle. Looking further into this bible passage we see that He saved the best for last. If you feel forgotten and not up to the standard of others, remember, Jesus turned regular plain water into the best w**e ever served.

Join us for our Annual Rally Day and Church Picnic.
Rally Day worship service begins at 9:30 a.m., and the Annual Church Picnic will run from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

We would love for you all to join us. It's a wonderful opportunity to spend time together, worship the Lord, enjoy good food, and have fun in the sun (or shade).

The Church (Fellowship Committee) will provide fried and grilled chicken. Please bring your favorite side dish to share or help provide for our nacho bar. Details on the sign-up sheet.

Let's come together as a community and make our Rally Day and Church Picnic memorable. Please feel free to bring your family and friends. We look forward to seeing you there.

I will sing of the goodness of God as I wait on Him. I will not grow weary or faint but put my trust in Him that He will "Show Up". He will not leave us or forsake us. But, we must Wait on the Lord.

We are just having an awesome luncheon, beautiful music, and wonderful fellowship at Dovers Straits. The luncheon team of FOCW memers, Lou Ann, Lisa, and Nancy, who organized and prepared this event so well, so that we enjoy our time together this afternoon and even we are helping out New Haven and PADS as well. We also honor Candee who was the chairperson of FOCW for several years and now steped down. From now on, she will help Christmas Bazaar in December. Thanks Candee for all your work! Thank you the luncheon team for the beautiful event! Here are pictures.
