This Sunday at Mass, we will hear in the Gospel reading, "Go out, therefore, into the main roads and invite to the feast whomever you find.” (Mt 22:9)
Maybe this is your sign to bring someone to Mass with you this weekend! See you there.

Virtues, EXPLAINED!
The virtue of magnanimity emboldens souls to pursue great things, but protects them from seeking greatness itself. St. Joseph exhibited magnanimity in protecting Mary from shame, knowing this was the will of God.

INSPIRATION FOR THE WEEK — Some build their lives on a foundation of wealth, some on a foundation of power. What do we choose for our cornerstone? What supports the weight of our souls? For the Christian life, there is only one foundation strong enough to hold. Choose wisely.

Today, October 2nd, we celebrate the Feast of the Holy Guardian Angels! Angels are spiritual beings created by God. St. Augustine calls them "the mighty ones who do His word, harkening to the voice of His word."
