Joseph Catholic Church is an imposing structure that has an outstanding interior and exterior which provides beauty and wonderful acoustics. It includes numerous large stained glass windows that were brought from Germany and assembled in Chicago. In the Spring of 1913, ground was broken for the new church. The Cornerstone was laid by the Rt. Bishop Ward, D.D., on May 13th, 1913, the church buildin

g was completed and the first mass was served by Rev. Joseph Eiker on February 22nd, 1914. The total cost of the new church building, including all furnishings was $35,000.
