Recently a member of the public told the management of Oak Hill Cemetery of some pictures posted on social media that were "disrespectful" to the families and friends of people laid to rest there. Oak Hill Cemetery staff and management were not notified of any photo shoot prior to the posting and discourage visitation of the cemetery for such purposes.
Hundreds of people visit the cemetery to honor and remember loved ones throughout the year. Other people walk through the cemetery to exercise or relax. We encourage people to visit our beautiful cemetery during the day light. Unauthorized people that occupy the cemetery the cemetery after dark are tress-passers and will be treated as such.
We deeply respect your right to visit our cemetery, but expect to see it done in a respectful manner.

Thank you,

Oak Hill Cemetery Management
