Our Family Centers are in need of diapers to give to families in need! We especially need size 4 and up. If you are willing and able to help donated any diapers, baby wipes, or baby bath products please drop them off at our Family Centers or Thrift Stores.

Blue Butterfly Ministries: Transforming Lives Through Christ, Compassion, and Community

Blue Butterfly Ministries exists to offer hope to the hurting. Rooted in the Gospel, our mission is to walk alongside individuals and families in crisis—offering them care, counseling, and Christ-centered support that leads to lasting transformation.

Each year, hundreds of struggling individuals and families walk through our doors—many families facing early childhood issues, family trauma, financial hardship, mental health challenges, or simply the overwhelming weight of life. They are searching for more than clothing or household goods—they are seeking help, healing, and hope.

Through the generosity of our community, we are building a growing network of Christian counselors, local churches, and compassionate volunteers ready to respond. Our team connects those in need with spiritual and emotional care, practical resources, and counseling rooted in biblical truth.

We provide:
-Counseling and support for moms, dads, children, and seniors facing life’s toughest challenges
-Tangible essentials like clothing, baby items, and household goods for families trying to rebuild
-Guidance and prayer for individuals looking to rediscover purpose, healing, and faith
-Encouragement to reconnect with a local church or Christian community as part of their journey

Our mission is simple but powerful: to meet people where they are, love them in Christ, and help them get back on their feet. Whether it’s a mother in crisis, a baby needing supplies, a child needing a warm coat, or a senior in need of prayer—we are here, ready to help, and committed to walking alongside them with the love of Jesus in our hearts.

We believe every life matters. Every struggle is seen. And every person deserves the chance to find hope again.

Our Blue Butterfly Family Center in Watertown is in need of volunteers. If you can help us as a receptionist or client advocate please call the office and volunteer.

Please stop in at our new location at 2 E. Main Street Monday-Wednesday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and Thursday 9:30 am to 12:30 pm for more information.

We would also be able to expand our hours to assist more people if we had more volunteers on Thursdays and Fridays.

If you are unable to volunteer but would still like to help we can always use donations of diapers, baby wipes, bath items or gas cards to give out to families in need. (We no longer accept formula. Please donate formula to the Bread Basket)
