1. I feel the love of Jesus Christ.
2. I hear Christ preached every Sunday.
3. The pastor knows my family.
4. I get to visit with the friendliest people.
5. I get to make friends with people of all ages.
6. When I’m gone, people miss me.
7. If I have any questions about the Bible or daily life, I can always ask my pastor after church or during the week.

On Good Friday we remember the day Jesus willingly suffered and died by crucifixion as the ultimate sacrifice for our sins ( 1John 1:10). It is followed by Easter, the glorious celebration of the day Jesus was raised from the dead, heralding his victory over sin and death and pointing ahead to a future resurrection for all who are united to him by faith ( Romans 6:5)
