We will have a "Victory Vision Service" at 7:00 on New Year's Eve. There will be food, fun and fellowship following. On January 3rd, we will begin having our new service times: 10:00 - Sunday School, 11:00 - Morning Worship, 6:30 - Evening Service, and 6:30 - Midweek Service.

Our church voted on November 22 to dissolve BABC and designate our building to Calvary Baptist Church. We will transition into a "team" ministry in 2016.

We're looking forward to this Sunday when we will once again have a combined service with Calvary Baptist Church. Pastor Keeton Wainscott will be preaching in the morning service. Our men will join their men at their Men's Meeting at CBC at 4:00. Then we will return to BABC for our Evening Service.

Our combined services with Calvary Baptist Church last Sunday were a great encouragement to all! We will plan to do the same thing on Sunday, November 8. Please continue to pray for everyone involved in the decision making process.

October 11 was a special day for us! We voted to pursue blending with Calvary Baptist Church. A final vote will be held November 22. We enjoyed a great meal together and had a farewell service for Marc & Micah Moore as they are being deployed. This coming Sunday, October 25, we will have a combined service in the morning with Calvary Baptist Church. Then in the evening, we will enjoy a combined fellowship at their church at 6:00.

Our vote to sell the parsonage passed at 97%. Please be in prayer for Pastor & Christie as they will be on a sabbatical until Oct. 10. We have several men lined up to fill the pulpit: Pastor Watkins will be preaching Sept. 20 & 27 in the morning. Tim Capon will be here for the Evening Service Sept. 20. Pastor Keeton Wainscott, pastor at Calvary Baptist Church, will be ministering Sept. 27 in the evening. October 4, we will have Dr. John Hartog II for SS & Morning Service.

We have publicly announced that we will vote on selling the parsonage next Sunday, Sept. 13. The board has unanimously voted to pursue "blending" with Calvary Baptist Church. We will vote on this in October. Please be in prayer for us.

We had a wonderful time of fellowship with the folks from Calvary Baptist Church last night! Remember that next Sunday is Communion. You can prepare by reading Colossians 2:10-15. There will be NO Evening Service next Sunday due to Labor Day, however, Shirley has invited everyone to her house for a time of fellowship at 6:00.

Please join us the next two Sundays as we have Pastor Watkins preaching while Pastor Moore is vacationing in Minnesota! Some upcoming events: Bro. Miguel Quintana will be reporting to us on Wednesday, August 19. Men's Retreat will be held at IRBC on Fri/Sat, August 28 & 29. The ladies won't be left out that week
end! We are having a "Toddler Shower" for Pam, Myrissa & Kassandra Lawless at 1:30 on Saturday, August 29. Please note that the church office will be closed from August 17 - 26.

Once again, God's hand was evident in our meetings and messages yesterday. Psalm 118:23. We were blessed by the ministry of our Filipino brothers, Pastor Ben Amar and NJ, as they shared with us in the Evening Service. Their messages gave us hope!

We were very glad to see God's hand in our midst yesterday!! Psalm 126:3! Men, please remember to meditate on James 5:16 for our "Men's Meeting" next Sunday. Ladies, please "pray"pare for your meeting by meditating on James 1:22-25. Both meetings are at 5:00.
