DRAW (Disaster Relief At Work) received a commitment from a foundation to match all donations to DRAW over the next couple weeks, up to $20,000!!!

Open Door Outreach Center, Inc is looking for front desk reception volunteers. They provide a great service to our local community if you are interested in helping!

We are currently seeking dedicated volunteers to provide support at our main Administration Office. 🏢
Your primary responsibilities will include answering incoming phone calls, assisting people with their questions, and warmly welcoming visitors to our space! 🌟

Don’t forget—this coming Sunday, March 22, is SPUDtacular Sunday!

Help us provide healthy, unprocessed food to those who need a helping hand. Bring a 5- or 10-pound bag of potatoes to church this Sunday. These donations will help fill the Easter food baskets provided by Open Door Outreach Center, Inc. for members of our local community.

If you’re unable to purchase potatoes, the Mission Team will gladly shop for you—just mark your donation “Spuds,” and we’ll take care of the rest.

Open Door Outreach Center, Inc is in need - they have some empty shelves. Anything you can spare is very much appreciated and goes to help our local community!

It’s hard to see our shelves so empty. Behind every empty space is a client hoping for a meal and a family counting on us. 💙

If you have a little to spare this week, please think of them. 🥫 A can of soup from your cupboard, a box of pasta from your next shopping trip—these small gestures remind our neighbors that they are not alone. ✨

When you give a little of what you have, you help us turn an empty shelf into a table full of hope. 🍽️

APPLICATIONS DUE THIS FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 27!
COLLEGE/UNIVERSITY SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE

Gayle S. Joyner, believing education was important, established an endowment to be governed by a board elected by Bethany Church to award scholarships annually.

Eligibility Requirements & Criteria:
High school graduate, college or university undergraduate who is a citizen of the United States and is a resident within the boundaries of Pontiac, Waterford, or West Bloomfield school districts, or any qualifying student from Oakland County, Michigan, who is recommended by a Bethany Church member.
* Minimum 2.6 GPA or higher
* Ambition to learn and advance as demonstrated and confirmed by academic achievement
* Character and concern for others as demonstrated by volunteer service to those outside one’s immediate family
* True financial need confirmed by an academic counselor, teacher, and/or the careful interview of the applicant, as conducted by the Bethany Scholarship Board
