WATERBURY -- The rain and gray skies outside matched parishioners' sad feelings inside St. Joseph Catholic Church on Sunday morning, as its final Mass was celebrated. The weather didn't get in the way of roughly 200 people who attended the 9 a.m. Mass at the red-brick landmark church on Congress Av
