Fixed this big beautiful granite monument and a shout out for the help with this heavy lift.
Gottlieb Bohner was born in Switzerland in 1870 and married Emma Olmstead, who died in 1919. In the 1920 census, Gottlieb was living in the house he owned on Huntingdon Avenue and working in a brass factory as a laborer and later listed as a shipping clerk. It doesn’t say which one, but Chase Copper & Brass was right up the road.
Gottlieb remarried and outlived his second wife, Pauline, who is buried elsewhere, possibly in London. Gottlieb died in 1956 and left no one behind to inscribe his death date.
