Just a terrific Sunday. Very uplifting! Super fun worship thank you to the band and everybody who helps out in our services. Also the food after church was amazing!

There is Wednesday bible study on at 7:00 p.m. this week.

Thank you for your giving towards the bibles. There was donations for at least 30 Bibles today! You're also welcome to purchase new bibles if you want. Otherwise we will make those purchases for you. It's our plan to buy several different shapes and sizes of Bibles so the young people we give them to can pick the one they want. We're already about halfway there! I'd like to get 50 or 60 Bibles total. *When we do give them out we will take pictures and videos so you can see. That will be in mid July.

For the summer Bible drive at Salmon Falls, we are collecting NEW Bibles or donations so that we can purchase Bibles for all our young people and young people attending camps this year. 20 bucks buys one bible! If you put 20 bucks in the offering Mark for Bibles, we will use that to purchase one youth Bible. If you want to buy the Bibles on your own and bring them in that's perfectly awesome. Prices vary. I recommend these versions: ESV, NIV, NKJV, NLT, NASB. Versions are as plentiful as opinions I just don't recommend Old King James because that would be hard for a young person to read... new King James is fine. But, if you're buying the Bible, ultimately it's up to you! Otherwise you can donate and we're happy to purchase them on your behalf.

*If you want to have them purchased on Amazon but you don't live in the area, (This post is public after all) you can ship them to PO BOX 713, Washougal, WA 98671. And we'll be sure to post pictures of the kids receiving their Bibles in about mid July.

What wonderful services we had today... including baptisms! The video has the baptisms first, then worship, then the excellent sermon by Bill. Just a super service you don't want to miss... you can catch it here.

John Dalen is feeling better. He was out this morning not feeling well but just wanted to report that he is home and resting. Let's continue to pray for him as well as others who need healing.

We started a summer Bible drive! In the first comment, I put a picture of a couple of Bibles and their prices. You can purchase Bibles yourself and bring them in or just donate to the church and I will purchase them. 15 to 30 bucks is what good Bibles cost. It's our plan to give them to young people through the camp and summer season.

Wednesday Bible study at 7:00pm, Friday "Save the States" at 5pm, Prayer at 6:00pm.

What a terrific Sunday service we had! Hope you have a wonderful Memorial Day weekend. Thank you to those who served and let's remember to pray for our troops and the families of those who have given all in service to our country.

We had a wonderful all worship Sunday! We've prayed and faster the previous week and just really Worship the Lord today for an extended time. There's still a short lesson what you don't want to miss in the video! (Wow I actually spoke for about 12 minutes thanks to the band for sitting so quietly on the stage!)

And we had a great potluck afterwards. Thank you for fellowshipping and eating and bringing food. Everything was quite delicious and there was not much left!

Let's continue to be in prayer for Hope and healing... and for God's kingdom to come on Earth!

Happy Mother's day! We had a wonderful service today worshiping the Lord. Hope you're having a nice Mother's Day Afternoon.
THIS WEEK is prayer and fasting! I'll post the fasting schedule in the comments below. We're praying and fasting for the move of the Lord in our homes and in our church, in our singing and worship and prayers. This one week fast will end next week with our worship service and break-fast potluck. So there is a potluck on May 17th after second service where you're welcome to bring in breakfast type foods.
There is Friday prayer! Part of our prayer and fasting we will include Friday prayer at 6:00 p.m.

May is very eventful! We have Mother's Day coming up this weekend.

National Day of Prayer is this thursday. The church will be open for prayer on Thursday evening at 6:00 p.m. many of you signed up pray that day during certain times and hours and in the comments I will post a photograph of that sign up sheet.

AFTER Mother's Day, we have a week of fasting which will end in a Sunday of prayer and worship. That's on May 17th. So we'll have a potluck that day and the potluck theme will be breakfast since we will be breaking the fast. I'll have a schedule for that next week.

But it's all on the calendar so I will also post that in the comments along with some photos of today's service. There's also a little video I took of the new stairway that's being constructed for our river baptismal!

We had so much fun with Dan and Becky Gunther today for our Sunday services. We also had great worship and fellowship. Don't forget this coming Friday is game night at 7:00 p.m.

*Tammy is having knee surgery on monday. It's going to take her a while to recover so let's keep her in prayer for both a successful surgery and quick recovery!
