"God revealed to me that over time, I had equated humility to timidness. I had developed this odd attitude toward having any type of title or role and believed a lie that resisting leadership roles was being humble. God gently showed me that serving and loving others, submitting myself to Him and laying down my life, was true humility. In the last 3-4 years I began leading teams and by the time Multiply came around I was genuinely so excited for what God was doing in our church and our location that I wanted to quit my part time job to join in more." -Jen Mitchell, Jubilee Washington

"I had been really wrestling with giving up control to God. I had a lot of fear about my future, and I wasn't convinced that God cared cared or that He was worthy to have my complete surrender. However at Newday, God showed me that He does care through words from others, scripture, and love from leaders. God spoke to me and the message was clear: Trust the Lord with your future, even if you don't know what exactly your life will look like. I was prompted to give total surrender of my life and future to the Lord, and I'm now open to whatever path that takes me down." -Grace Muchnick, Jubilee Sunset Hills
