Week of December 7 - Opportunities To LEARN, To GROW, To SHARE, To SERVE:
- Many Thanks. On behalf of the FMCW Staff Parish Relations Committee, we wish to thank Stephen Vaughn for the many years that he has shared his talents with our congregation by serving as organist for our Traditional Worship Service each week. Stephen will retire from his role at the end of this month. We pray that he will enjoy good health and relaxation in his next chapter. We extend to you the opportunity to express your love and appreciation for Stephen by making a contribution toward a Love Gift. You may put your contribution in the offering plate, bring it to the church office, or mail it. Make your check out to the church and in the memo line, write Stephen Vaughn Love Gift. God bless you richly.
- Appreciation. First Methodist Church Washington in participation with the Salvation Army made Christmas wishes come true for 20 local children. Thank you to those of you who selected an Angel from the tree. A very special thank you to Beth Litchfield, our own live Angel tree, for her help in finding volunteers.
